REGARDING ORDER SAMPLES: Please take a few moments to review your sample(s) carefully because once we have received your approval via our ticket system, your order will ship as-is, depending on the shipping option you choose. Any changes requsted to the documents wording, font, or layout, after your package has shipped can be made, but for a reprint fee + shipping cost. If you do desire changes to your sample or want to approve your sample, please respond to your ticket with any request(s) by filling out the message box below. It is important to the production process that we get these changes in writing. Changes can not made made over phone or by live chat! Also note that if it has been 5 business days since you've last communicated with us through our ticket system, your order will be marked "approved" by you and ship as-is.
