What if my order has shipped and I've received it?

If you received a custom document from us which contains mistakes including wrong dates, school names, etc, at, simply request a replacement within 90 days of the date your product (including diplomas, transcripts and other related documents) were delivered. does not offer refunds. This means that you have 3 months to report any problems with your order to us. Upon doing so, we will rush out a corrected version of your previous order at no additional charge using the same shipping method that was requested on your original order.

What if my order has not shipped?

If you not have yet received your product yet, you can request a full refund. This includes customers who have requested a sample of their order to proof before it ships.
