No. An apostille or notarization certifies that a document is a genuine, authentic record issued by a real institution or government authority — our documents are novelty replicas, not official records, so they can’t be legally apostilled or notarized for that purpose. If you need a document authenticated for immigration, employment, licensing, or any other official use, you’ll need to go through your issuing institution or the relevant government body directly.

Yes. Many original documents feature not just an embossed seal but also raised or recessed text elements — a recipient’s name, a date, or a degree title pressed into the paper. We can reproduce raised text elements on applicable documents using the same industrial embossing equipment used for seals.

Paper selection is part of our process for every order. We stock a range of paper weights, textures, and colors to match the original document as closely as possible — including parchment-style, linen-finish, and smooth bond stocks in various weights.

We operate a professional print facility with multiple machines suited to different document types. Depending on the document, we use electrostatic digital printing, offset printing, or thermal DOD techniques — the same categories of equipment used to produce original institutional documents. We do not use consumer desktop printers.

For documents where a raised seal or raised lettering is part of the original design, we can reproduce that unique detail — something most other novelty document producers simply can’t offer. Using a specialized finishing process, we build genuine raised texture onto the seal or text itself, so it’s not just printed flat ink. You can feel the texture with your fingertips, the same way you would on many original diplomas and certificates

When you order, you can request raised text, a raised seal, or both, on your document. Some customers choose to skip this; but if the original document you’re replicating includes a raised seal, we’ll often suggest adding it for the closest match.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no indication of contents on the outside. Customs declarations describe the contents generically. We have been shipping internationally from Virginia since 2007 and the vast majority of international orders clear customs without issue.

Yes. You can request a free digital proof on any order by selecting the proof option on the order form. Our designer will prepare a mockup showing exactly how your document will look — layout, fonts, seal position, and all personalized details. We will not capture payment or begin printing until you approve it.

Yes. If your order has not yet shipped and is still in production you can cancel at any time with no charge. Once shipped we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee covering returns and refunds — see our full guarantee policy.

No. We ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of our website, product type, or contents on the outside. Whatever your reason for wanting privacy, you’ll get it. This packaging process is standard for every order, no need to request it.

Each physical document includes a small removable label noting that it’s a novelty item intended for display and personal use. It’s there for your own reference and can be peeled off before framing or gifting. The label doesn’t affect the document itself. This is the same novelty-use terms you agree to when ordering, just included as a physical reminder for anyone else who might handle the package.

Orders approved by 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day from our Virginia facility. We include FREE ground shipping to any continental U.S. address, along with express options like 2-day air and overnight.

By default, every order includes a free proof for your approval before we produce your document. This means that we build it, send it your way quickly during business hours, and move to production as soon as you approve it. We encourage this step because it catches small errors before they become a reprint, but you’re welcome to skip when ordering through our website if you’d rather we go straight to production.

Because proof approval happens in this sequence, your turnaround time depends partly on how quickly you review and approve it. Most customers respond same-day, keeping things on track for same-day shipping and same-day turnaround. Skipping the proof removes that step entirely. Occasional delays can also happen due to equipment issues or carrier disruptions or major holidays.

Prices start at $69 for GED and high school documents and go up to $380 for select college and university prints. Upgraded options including raised embossed seals, metallic foil finishes, and premium paper are available as add-ons. Additional copies of the same document are available at a reduced rate.

In most cases no — our template library covers thousands of institutions and we can work from our reference files alone. However if you have a scan or photocopy it is always helpful, especially for unusual layouts, older documents, or institutions outside our most common markets.
