Not necessarily. We maintain a comprehensive library of templates for thousands of schools, so in most cases we can match your document without seeing your scan. Is it legal to purchase fake diplomas and transcripts?

Diploma Company adheres to legal standards and does not offer such documents. Our services, although highly realistic, are for novelty and personal replacement purposes only, not for official use. Diploma Company is not an accredited institution, and our documents have no official value. The legal implications of using a custom document depend on your actions. How long does it take to receive my order?

If your order is approved for shipping by 3 PM Eastern Daylight Time, we’ll ship it out the very same day. We use your selected shipping method—ranging from free U.S. ground shipping to express global delivery—to get it moving fast.

While we work hard to meet every deadline, delays can happen due to special requests, proofing requirements (see more on that below), weather events, power outages, or even flight disruptions.

That said, even in the rare worst-case scenario, your order should still arrive no later than Jun 17.

How much do your services cost?

Our custom replica diplomas and transcripts start at $69 for lower-school documents and go up to $380 for select college and university prints. Any additional copies, upgraded printing options (embossing, metallic seals, raised text), and shipping fees are calculated at checkout so you see your total cost before finalizing your order.

Because we draw from an extensive library of authentic templates—matching layouts, paper stock, ink colors, fonts, and seals—our pricing reflects the time-intensive research and premium-quality reproduction behind each piece. If you only need a basic, one-size-fits-all design, a lower-tier service may be a better fit. We do not price-match against generic designs found on eBay, Etsy, or similar sites.

Can I see a sample before buying?

While we don’t provide physical samples pre-payment—both for liability reasons and to ensure serious orders—you can request a free digital proof when placing an order for a diploma, transcript, or certificate. We’ll send a mockup showing exactly how your document will look (see our request a free proof of our work for full details), and we won’t capture payment or print until you approve it; if you decide not to proceed, you can cancel with no charge. To request a proof, simply select the “Request Proof” option on any order form. Note that waiting for your feedback may delay shipping slightly.

Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

If your item hasn’t shipped and is still in production, you can cancel at any time with no charge. Once it has shipped, we offer a 90-day guarantee for returns or refunds. To cancel or request a refund, please contact our office staff during normal support hours.

How can I talk to a real person?

Our online store is available 24/7, but office staff are on duty Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm EST. Outside of those hours—and during weekends or holidays—the chat connects you with our virtual assistant, which can answer general questions (product info, services, etc.) but cannot check order status, provide proofs, or make changes.
