Shipping Outside the USA
Pricing to ship packages outside of the USA & Canada depends on the destination. Therefore, we use "real-time rates" for these locations to ensure we provide the lowest shipping fees. Please add an item to your cart and begin the checkout process to see current shipping rates to your country. Our shopping cart will connect to our shipping courier (FedEx or UPS) in real-time to lock in on the lowest shipping rates for this day. If you do not want to do that, and it's during regular support hours, please call or chat, and an agent will gladly provide current shipping rates to your location.

All packages ship out with package tracking. This allows you to monitor your order from our shop to you doorstep. Tracking is offered at no added cost to you.
Tracking numbers are generated and emailed to customers once a delivery driver scans your package. Please remember that tracking numbers may not be active and traceable immediately. Sometimes it can take a few hours of movement before package updates appear on the FedEx website.
Most custom documents ship out the same business day. If you order or approve a sample for shipment before 1 PM Central, the package should leave by the close of that day.
Delays may include special requests, orders placed on weekends and holidays,, acts of nature, etc.
How Are Documents Packaged & Protected During Transit?
All documents are sent in flat unmarked packaging sleeves with reinforced corners to protect the document during transit. This type of packaging is how most schools would mail diplomas and essential documents to students.

If you have concerns about an order you believe is running late, lost in transit, etc,. We do monitor shipments, on our end, and try to spot problems and resolve issues ourselves.
