This means that your order was successfully submitted through our website.
This means we are working on your order. We have begun the process of collecting supplies we need, beginning the design process and more. This is great news!
This means when you bought your order you requested to see a sample or proof of our work before it ships out. This is letting you know that the sample was sent to you and we are waiting to hear from you. Keep in mind we don't ship out packages that are under sample/proof review until we hear from you. It's vital you respond to our design team asap. Look for emails from us about samples/proofs. If you are not getting emails please contact us immediately, so we can resolve this.
Order is being packaged
This means the order is approved, has been printed and it is ready to go out. We are now securely packaging it up to protect it in transit.
This means the order has shipped out and it is on its way to you! This status should also come with a tracking number to monitor the package from our warehouse to you.
