Did you already place an order for a custom diploma, transcript, or certificate but forgot to ask for a proof at checkout? No worries! This add-on allows you to check out a digital sample of your document while it’s still being made.

  • ❌ If your order has already been shipped, we can’t provide a proof.

How It Works

Our designer will whip up a watermarked digital proof and send it through our secure ticket system.

You’ll have the chance to review the design, request any changes, or give it the green light for printing.

Proofs are prepared Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm EST. If you approve by 1 PM ET, your order can still ship the same day.

Important Notes

  • You need to approve proofs within 9 days of your order date.
  • If a proof isn’t approved in time, your order will ship as is. Reprints due to missed approvals might come with extra fees.
  • Any mistakes made by our design team will always be fixed at no cost to you.
  • This service is only available if you have an active order for a diploma, transcript, or certificate.
