How do I place an order with Diploma Company?

Once you choose the type of document you want, fill out the order form. The form collects details about your order including the institute's name, your name, completion dates, and more. Once finished, add your product to your cart and checkout to confirm your purchase. Our staff is notified of new orders as they come in and begin the steps to make it.

What if I don't see the type of document I want?


There is a lot that we can do that we don't list on our site. If you have a copy of a specific document you are looking for, or details about it, please reach out to us. We can discuss custom work in greater detail. There is no guarantee we can do it and there may be some adjustments or changes necessary to stay within regulations, but we can certainly talk more about your request.

How much is this going to cost me?


The order form breaks down all the costs associated with purchasing custom documents. The list prices are posted on each product page. On top of that, there are options you can choose or opt out of, such as extra copies. Once an item is added to your shopping cart, the only additional fees will relate to shipping. We encourage you to place an order on our website and go through the checkout process to see a complete breakdown of your order total including all fees. You will be given the option to pay then. If for any reason you are not comfortable committing to the order, you can back-out of the buying process.

I tried to place an order and the cost is extremely expensive!


Sometimes this will happen if you accidentally add multiple items to your cart, include costly add-ons, or are required to pay a hefty delivery fee. Diploma Company can try to help you by offering you coupons and other discounts to make our services more affordable. Please reach out to us today for further assistance.

Can I see a sample of my order before it ships?


We do not provide samples of ours before payment. This is because agreeing to our website terms of use during checkout, authorizes us to send samples. Sending out samples to random strangers can be a liability nightmare.

Once an order is placed, you can request a free proof of our work. The proof allows you to look over the designer's work and approve it before the final document is sent off for final printing. There is an option to request the sample on the order form. There is no added cost for this order proofing service, but it does require additional time to draft up a sample and hear back from you with an approval. This process can delay shipping by up to a business day, usually. You can find more information about getting proof here.

How long before my custom document shows up at my door?


Assuming there are no delays due to proofing requests, acts of nature, holidays or random occurrences, many orders ship within 24 business hours. If you get the order placed before our cutoff, it could very well go out that same day! When it does ship we offer a variety of methods including ground shipping, 2-day, 3-day and overnight within the United States, and many other international methods for buyers worldwide.

What is the latest status of my order?


As the production process goes through each step, from the design phase, to the packaging phase, to the shipping phase, we will alert you. As the order status updates, our website immediately sends you email alerts informing you of any changes. You can click this to learn what each order status means.

You can also check current statuses, if you have created an account, by logging in and viewing current status details. This will be made available in the 'MY ORDERS' section of your customer account.

If you do not want to wait for email alerts, you can see your latest order status here by using your order# and email address when making your purchase. This page will scan your order and display its current status.

Is it legal to purchase fake diplomas and transcripts?


The short answer is yes. The term "fake" when referring to "diplomas" or "transcripts" can be a vague one. The same with "certificates". Often "fake" can relate to documents sold by mills. There are known diploma or degree mills that will falsely verify one's education. That particular type of "fake" is illegal and that is not what Diploma Company offers. When you place an order on our website, you will be required to agree to all terms and policies, which state (among several things) that you are aware that any services provided by Diploma Company are intended to be used for novelty and/or personal replacement purposes only (this does not include using this service to replace a document at the request of a school or employer). Any other use of our documents goes beyond their intended use. It's important to understand that Diploma Company is not an accredited school or an educational institute of any kind. We are not issuing official academic credentials or issuing credentials for any institute. Our custom print shop services, although considered extremely realistic by many, hold no actual value beyond that of a personal entertainment value.

As far as what is legal to do and what is not legal to do with a custom document by Diploma Company, it depends. Usually, there is no harm in buying a novelty educational document to show off to your friends or proudly hang up on your wall to give your esteem a boost. Some actions you could carry out with such a document provided by Diploma Company may not be legal. We ask that you research possible legal concerns about what may or may not be permitted to do in your country or jurisdiction with the appropriate individuals.
