If you do not want to do that, and it's during regular support hours, please call or chat, and an agent will gladly provide current shipping rates to your location.
We assign tracking numbers to packages once they are picked up from our print shop and shipped out to our customers. We understand how important it is for you to know the status of your order, which is why we make every effort to send tracking numbers via email as soon as they become available. However, in some cases, it may take up to 12-24 hours after the package has been shipped for the tracking number to be updated in the system. If you have not received a tracking number or if the tracking number you received is invalid, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our customer support team is available to assist you and ensure that your package is on its way to you.
If you place your order before 1 PM Central on a weekday, you can expect your package to be shipped out by the close of the same day. However, if you happen to miss our cutoff time, please don't worry. We can still send you a digital copy of your documents on the same weekday. Our goal is to make sure that you receive your documents as quickly and efficiently as possible, without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
