How are Custom Documents Sent to Me?
We offer custom document services with two delivery options:
- Physical Documents: We print, package, and ship the documents to your location. Shipping fees may apply.
- Digital Copies: Receive an electronic scanned version of the document, delivered to you via email."
Shipping Fees and Delivery Times
We use "real-time rates" to ensure we provide the lowest shipping fees to Australia. Please add an item to your cart and begin the checkout process to see current shipping rates to your country. Our shopping cart will connect to our shipping courier (FedEx or UPS) in real-time to lock in on the lowest shipping rates for this day. If you do not want to do that, and it's during regular support hours, please call or chat, and an agent will gladly provide current shipping rates to your location.

How Package Tracking Works?
We assign tracking numbers to packages once they are picked up from our print shop and shipped out to our customers. We understand how important it is for you to know the status of your order, which is why we make every effort to send tracking numbers via email as soon as they become available. However, in some cases, it may take up to 12-24 hours after the package has been shipped for the tracking number to be updated in the system. If you have not received a tracking number or if the tracking number you received is invalid, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our customer support team is available to assist you and ensure that your package is on its way to you.
How fast do documents leave?
If you place your order before 1 PM Central on a weekday, you can expect your package to be shipped out by the close of the same day. However, if you happen to miss our cutoff time, please don't worry. We can still send you a digital copy of your documents on the same weekday. Our goal is to make sure that you receive your documents as quickly and efficiently as possible, without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
What may delay a package from leaving?

What Will My Package Look Like?
All documents are sent in flat unmarked packaging sleeves with reinforced corners to protect the document during transit. This type of packaging is how most schools would mail diplomas and essential documents to students.
Will the packaging be discreet?
Yes, there is no mention of this website by name or reference of "diplomas" or "transcripts" being inside it.
What should I expect to see on the package?
The package will only have the necessary shipping information such as the recipient's name and address, and a return address. There will be no branding or logos of our website on the package.
What if My Package is Late?
